I was taught that good girls don’t complain. That needing a break was weakness. That exhaustion meant you were doing something right.

So I stayed too long. In jobs. In relationships. In friendships that drained me to dust.

And the pattern? Narcissists. They entered my life in every form. Each encounter chipped away at my self-trust until I started to question if I was the problem. Like attracts like, right? That’s when I realized: I wasn’t cursed. I was being initiated.
